Cannabis and Psychosis: Sharing our Knowledge Workshop
Wednesday, October 17, 2012
Interactive Sessions: 9:30 am – 4:30 pm
Reception & Performance: 4:30 pm – 6:00 pm
Please join us for an interactive workshop to share the results of a national project which explored the relationship between cannabis use and psychosis. This arts-based health project has received accolades for using an innovative approach that involved youth researchers every step of the way. The results and the products created are real, street smart and inspirational. At the workshop, you'll learn about this project and its outcomes, and will be invited to watch a one-of-a-kind performance about living with psychosis.
We are inviting youth, researchers, health care providers, students, parents, educators and policy makers to share their ideas about how to share the results and the products we've created across Canada. Then we'll tap into your suggestions for future research and program initiatives that will help us better understand how to support youth who live with psychosis. Registration is limited. Please register by October 1, 2012.
