A Candid Conversation About Mental Fitness

It was 6 years ago when Harrison was diagnosed with bipolar disorder. Since then, he has taken his mental health into his own hands, practicing simple yet vital pillars of health to feel the best he has in 6 years.

In this interview, Harrison describes his experience with cannabis use but also the other factors that may have played a role into his psychotic episode.

His perspective on his past experience is refreshing and optimistic, as he made his health his own responsibility and found the help and care he needed throughout his journey.

He speaks of mental health challenges never being a weakness but just part of the human experience. There are so many lessons to be learned in this interview so please enjoy!

Harrison is a 23 year old university student from Ontario who has been looking into how the digital age has and is affecting our individual perceptions of self.
